We recommend at least 2 lessons per week
Most kids need 8-16 lessons to learn
Monthly “remember” lessons are recommended for ages 3 and under

Lessons are 15 minutes for babies and kids under 5
Lessons are 20-30 minutes for kids 5+

Recovering to a back float after a fall or jump
Swim-float-swim progression
Diving for toys
Air exchange (3yrs & up)
Emerging swim strokes (3yrs & up)
WHAT TO BRING…
Towel
Swim diaper (if needed)

PLEASE LEAVE AT HOME…
A full belly! New swimmers of all ages tend to drink pool water when they are first learning. This can lead to vomiting and/or discomfort.
Floaties, puddle jumpers or life jackets
Any toys (we have plenty!)
